The disabled room is too small for a wheelchair user. The toilet was perfect..good height...great rails to aid. However I fail to understand how on earth the shower has not one rail...and the ridiculous tiny pull down seat is useless Also in the bathroom the horrible huge floor lintel( or whatever it is called) is so uncomfortable to go over. Just to get in and out ,having the door closed, one has to go over it 3 times! 1..coming in to use the toilet.2 to turn to close the door. 3. After using the facility...to get to the door one has to go over it to get to the door handle ..reverse whilst opening then to get out. Obviously a wheelchair user was not consulted. A person trying it all with a wheelchair who does not need it, is not good enough. A wheelchair user needs more space to manoeuvre and the desk to bed is quite compact to move around. Using the wardrobe so close to tge desk , there is not much room. I asked if I could pay more for the larger one, but i was told the only disabledroom ones in this, small, size The bed was very comfy though! The room was far too hot. We lowered it to 18....still too hot. Maybe check the thermostat??

Great looking building. Excellent location. Easy walking distance to Oxford Street and Surrounding area. Our tube from Paddington to Bond St was cancelled but still only a 20 minute walk. Friendly and attentive staff. Superb English breakfast…. freshly cooked and plentiful. Booked a twin room with a colleague and although a bit small was well equipped, beds were very comfy and bathroom clean with no issues with hot water. Bar area very welcoming and comfortable and drinks prices were surprisingly good value . Although a bit pricey for 1 night at £241, this did include breakfast and is competitive for the area. Another excellent point to note is that checkout isn’t until midday so plenty of time for breakfast and leisurely stroll before departure. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.

This hotel was remarkably well positioned to most attractions, shopping, and a massive amount of eateries! It was close to Bond Street, Oxford Circus, hyde park, and Marble Arch. The shopping was great and we were spoilt for choice when it came to dinner each night with a little alleyway-type street full of eateries at the end of our street. We found some cute little places to go for breakfast within a 10-minute walk as well and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to go, like Trafalgar square and Hyde park. The concierge desk was really friendly and helpful as well and would grab you a taxi, or tickets to things very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London on holiday!

This is our go-to hotel in London over the last 10 years, largely due to location but also because of great service. The bar is great, the inhouse restaurant is good also. Marylebone is an expensive but wonderful neighborhood with near access to the tube, many great eating establishments, including Caldesi Italian, Aubaine, Ping Pong (Dim Sum) and many more. A fabulous Bookshop (Daunt's). The Fromagerie is awesome. Only issue we had was a noisy AC and were moved to another room without issue. Will stay here again.

Stayed many times at this hotel and it is always a great experience. Room 324 (while the view is uninspiring) is at the back of the building and is quieter than experienced when at the front. The area is fabulous - turn right and you are in Marylebone where you can spend a day (Daunt bookshop, Caldasi and Aubaine restaurants, La Fromagerie to name a few favs); turn left down to Oxford St for shopping and the tube station and many restaurants. Staff very pleasant and helpful, great bar.
